Step 1
Reach out
Submit your booking inquiry, and we’ll connect over email to chat through your vision and make sure we’re the right fit. Feel free to ask about payment plans at this point.
Step 2
Sign & align
If we're a good fit, we'll get dates confirmed after we review contracts and the non-refundable deposit is paid. Once you've made your deposit, you may pay in whatever increments you need, as long as your invoice is settled 14 days prior to your session.
Step 3
Receive
Get a preview of your photos within 48 hours (!!), featuring some of the best moments from the day. Your full gallery will be delivered within 4-12 weeks—ready to download, share, and order prints straight from your gallery.
What's a "next-day teaser"?
Next day teasers are a handful of edited photos that we turn over as quickly as we can so you can start to relive your favourite day even sooner and so you can share professional photos of your day with the people that matter most.
What if the weather is terrible and we have an outdoor session?
It happens! That's why we'll be prepared to do this - we have everything we need to make rainy weather sessions dreamy and wonderful! If the weather is dangerous, however, we are able to reschedule.
How long do you keep our gallery after delivery?
When we deliver your gallery through Pixieset, we let you know that we don’t plan on taking it down anytime soon, and we also keep your final photos saved on a hard drive of our own as an extra safety measure. That said, once your photos are delivered, we’re no longer contractually responsible for your files and highly suggest you back up your memories on a hard drive of your own.
What if we’re looking for something that’s not in the packages list above?
We get it, every couple is different! If you don’t see anything in our elopement packages, fill out the inquiry form on our contact and we’ll prepare a custom quote for you.
Will we have the ability to print our photos or create an album?
You will be able to download & order prints and wall art straight from your gallery!
What if we’re awkward on camera?
That is a-okay, my friends. Hannah here—as the ULTIMATE hype woman, my job is to help make you feel at ease in front of the camera. And you're not alone—a lot of clients start feeling awkward but a few shots in and they start to feel at home! By the end of the session, you may even feel like you've forgotten I was there to capture it all!
Some of your package pricings say “From {price}”. What informs the pricing?
These are our starting prices for the packages we have listed! There are many things already included in your package (travel within the lower mainland, etc) but there are additional things you may want to add onto your package that aren’t included in the base (extra time, etc). We’ll send you a quote before so there aren’t any surprises!
What if our plans/dates change?
We will do our best to work with a date change, however, if another client has booked us for the new date, we are happy to recommend another photographer and videographer to take our place!
How do you protect our files while editing?
We always shoot on 2 SD cards and leave one of your cards on the shelf until the day of delivery. We also back up all of our RAW and CLOG files on secure hard drives. We don’t edit original RAW files on a working hard drive. For photos, we edit in Adobe Creative Cloud, which means that even in the event of a computer crash, your files are still safe. Your original RAW files remain untouched the entire time. The same goes for video files!
Do you accept credit cards?
We absolutely do! When you pay with a credit card, the payment processing fees associated with the transaction are added to your invoice.
How quickly can we receive our photos/videos?
If you choose any of the packages that include photos, you'll get your first photo preview within 48 hours, with some of the highlights from the day! A full gallery will follow 8-12 weeks after.
What if I’m planning a surprise proposal? Can you help with that?
We're more than happy to help you plan and execute a surprise proposal! We're able to help with timing, location, and other small details! If you are needing help with decor or larger plans, we are happy to refer you to a planner!
Do you travel for engagement or couples sessions?
Yes yes yes! I'm happy to travel within Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Sunshine Coast, Surrey, Fraser Valley! Of course, I'm happy to travel wherever your love takes you both—we'd just need to arrange for travel fees outside of the Lower Mainland.
